Televoice DCS Limited is the first Taiwan-based company jointly established by Televoice (Televoice Asia Technology Limited, Hong Kong) and DCS (Hong Kong). With branches in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, we provide customers across Greater China with professional services including call center CTI integration, enterprise telephony, and recording systems—covering consulting, sales, deployment, maintenance, and comprehensive post-sales training.
Our international team and management are former senior executives from well-known global enterprises, with over 20 years of experience in computer and telecommunications integration. We understand fast-changing markets and customer needs, and are capable of meeting both defined objectives and unknown challenges. Over the past two decades, our group has continuously expanded and innovated. In addition to being the Hong Kong and Taiwan distributor for Canada-based Mitel PBX solutions, we have also built our own R&D team to develop a series of AI enabled IP/SIP communications products on Linux, including Enterprise IP PBX, AI-IP Auto Attendant, IP Recorder, IP Meet-me Conference Bridge, IP IVR & Flow Builder, and more. We focus on integrated IP communications applications, opening new opportunities in enterprise and call center markets, while expanding across Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, and Southeast Asia.
Beyond deep technical expertise, we also maintain an experienced customer service organization. Across Greater China, we have more than twenty professional engineers ready to provide communications advice and problem resolution. As the business continues to grow rapidly, this team and service capacity will expand accordingly.
